These terms of service govern your use of the IndexPushy indexing automation platform. By creating an account or using any IndexPushy service, you agree to be bound by these terms. IndexPushy provides tools for submitting URLs to search engines, monitoring indexing status, and analysing indexing issues. The service is provided on an as-is basis and we make no guarantees about the speed or success of search engine indexing, as this is ultimately controlled by the search engines themselves. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the URLs you provide to IndexPushy and that those URLs comply with applicable laws and search engine guidelines. Subscription plans renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or that are used to submit spam or malicious content to search engines.
